Ordered a throttle body from RB and the company screwed up the order, Shawn made sure to give me up dates on getting me the right part and it fianlly came in, big thanks for getting it corrected

 

I recently had some work done and a dyno tune done at RB. I was a little late and last minute with my request for the work (Trying to get ready for spring fest) but Shawn got me in quick, which was perfect as I had to rent a truck to tow the car from NC to VA. Once I got the car home I had to troubleshoot some issues on my end. After getting her straight I noticed that I had broke one of the pins on my chip by accident... AGAIN Shawn helped me out by burning me a chip a little after midnight the night before spring fest. Shawn is a great guy, he loves what he does and is willing to help you. The same goes for the rest of the employees. Thanks Shawn.
