Clearly I'm out of my league here.
I appreciate your candor. Even if you look very hard, you won't find one bit of evidence to support the hypothesis that air ride is a substitute for anything from Penske, Moton, JRZ, Ohlins or the like. Is it impressive that it can best a slalom time over a bone-stock 43 year-old muscle car? I guess so.

yea... I totally assumed that the porsche was bagged.
air ride systems are good until they're pushed too hard (and you're not used to driving it). Unlike sealed nitrogen shocks the pressure gets exponentially stiffer as the shocks compress. So it may feel too soft until you're at the shocks limits (bound) and then it's hard as a rock.
