That bike is fucking dope as a cafe racer. BMW's make sweet cafe's.
I have no idea what standards you're talking about. Cafe's are the bastard of the bike world. The idea is to get rid of all the unnecessary bs and make them as fast as possible (not on a drag strip). A lot of them are just poseur bikes: cafe seat and all the turn signals removed. Judging by those carbs (and looooooooong intake trumpets), custom undertail exhaust, and race forks, that is no poseur.
