Weather or not they are jelious to the point to where they down it or not is another story. Some people are hard core import owners that will never admit to being jelious of the out of the box power and potential of these cars. Its expensive and not everyone can afford the insurance, payments and gas let alone the mods. So instead they find reasons why its not worth owning. That goes both ways. There are some domestic guys that are jelious of the power coming out of a much smaller engine. So pick your insecurity and mod away! I have found myself downing an import for one reason or another but for the most part if its done cleanly I respect it.
my cars not clean. its the dirtiest R in virginia. oh, and im not jealous of v8's stock power....i like comparing what i can do against them. my car wasnt built for in line speed, it was made for cornering, but i decided to make it a straight line performance car. im getting there slowly...
