Believe it or not, I'm going to recommend speaking with an NC lawyer. Which jurisdiction was it in? Some strange things can happen. But yes, if NC suspended you for it, VA does too. However, nunc pro tunc is a fairly regularly used tool in certain courts in NC (means now for then) so there might be a way to clean up the mess if VA DMW has already suspended you.

I got it all figured out, my mom just happened to misread the letter she got from DMV regarding my license and it stated that unless I take a drivers improvement class in 60 days then they will suspend it. Still think it sucks I have to take the class for the first ticket I've ever gotten in my life. Owell

Yes he is, anytime under the age of 19 you get a ticket you have to take that class.
