the antenna on my old 08 GT was the same as the one on my truck. i put a shorty on the stang, and ran over the antenna on my truck one day after forgetting to put it back on after applying rain-x. the stock one from the mustang screwed right in.

what sucked was that i had already started a 10 hour road trip before i realized what i had done.

Sorry but the stubby antennas really don't make up for the fact that it's still there disrupting the body panel.

Whatever happened to the power antenna? It seems these days it's either in the glass ($$$) or fixed (garbage)
