Father looks for justice after son is purposely run over in parking lot.







Police have arrested a juvenile in connection with a hit and run incident that took place in a parking lot in Chesapeake last Sunday night.

Police said the received a tip about the case, which led them to the juvenile and the truck he was driving, a Ford F-150 that had been captured in surveilance video.

The 18-year-old who was run down, Luke McGhee, spent the week in a hospital, but was released Saturday night, according to his father, Dan.

Police didn't release any other information about the juvenile suspect, including his age.

Him and his brother were pretty cool.
