atleast you were wearing gear... that is the good thing.. and you said you have a rash on your wrist? and got out of the shower in 2 min.. bro.. try this on for size.. and I scrubbed it myself with a fingernail brush to get the tar out of the wound... which by the way.. the doctors said I didnt have to do. but I didnt do it on my back and it turned a gray color when healed and sticks out bad and my leg turned a pink color and sticks out bad.. so I guess either way.. it sticks out bad. But I am glad to know that you made it out alive and also glad to know you have the common sense to wear your gear.

Man, sorry to hear about your accident. That really sucks. Its good to see that you dont allow it to get you down too much though. I am happy to hear that you were wearing all your gear. I wish you a speedy recovery man!

Glad it wasn't a really bad crash and you came out OK. The bike parts can be repleaced. Toss the helmet, you never know, so don't take a chance. Hope you get back on the saddle soon!

That was my first thought after reading his post. There was combonation of inatetiveness and TF. My first crash was a "hey check this out" monent when I was 18 and we all know nothing good comes of hey check this out. I wasn't where a helmet and luckely the rail road tie wall at the end of my drive way "only" broke my knee cap and dislacated my hip. Sounds like you'll be ok and I would get the bike put on a frame machine to see if its strait and check all the welds. Todays bikes are great but not very crash worthy, and get a new helmet. Minor or not you dont know if its still good to protect your head.
