Some people have reported issues under certain amounts of airflow but I've never had a problem. Perhaps I'm under that threshold.

The shocks were installed around April or May of last year, so that puts them at just over 20k miles. The only suspension upgrades are the Koni shocks and Eibach Pro-Kit springs.

Yes, the car passes inspection (last inspected in April) but you'll need to install the stock midpipe (included with purcahase of car) beforehand. Four bolts, takes 10 minutes.

The two OEM O2 sensors are located in the downpipe, the sensor for the wideband is in the midpipe (almost directly beneath the passenger seat) So there are three O2 sensors, two being used by the ECU and one being used for the datalogger/wideband
There is no standalone engine management. The factory ECU is used and has been reflashed by Turbonetics. For any additional corrections the APEX'i AFC Neo can be used to add/remove fuel at specific loads / RPM.
