And to the thread starter sorry to jack the thread. My original post was just a stab at you because DSM's and reliability just seem kinda funny to me. And yes before anyone says anything I know they can be, but for the most part all you do is hear people bitching about how their DSM is broke.

ok you asked for information, get 600 or 650cc if you want, yea a walbro 255hlp, and just get a 1g head if you want the manifold, if not dont do it, i was just trying to help.

Ok, you can reach 300whp with a 16g easily, but not cheaply or quickly. The head and/or the manifold isn't necessary or needed. Neither is the throttle body or maf translator. You need the fmic, heavily ported 2g manifold or a tubular manifold, same for the o2 housing, 2.5/3 inch dp leading to a 3" exhaust, intake, fuel setup consisting of(what I used) 680cc injectors, 255lp(hp) walbro, fpr w/guage, boost controller, boost gauge b/c stock sucks ass, and one step colder plugs if you run high boost....

EDIT: I had the Evo3 gt 16g which is bigger that a regular 16g.....prolly makes a difference and is only like $150 more than the regular evo3....

So how much am I looking to spend? Turbo98, how much did you make to the wheels? How long has it been like that? Was it reliable?
