I'd save the money on the lawyer and just get a REALLY good tube of lubricant.

 

I had one reckless driving ticket here in Va. Beach and I used Lawrence Cardon "Associate of Pete Decker". My fine was $371, 6 points off my license, 2 years good behavior,and 1 day of community service.

PS: My lawyer fee was $1000

 

I did that same exact thing . Exactly first time was 2 yrs ago 98-55, and then dec 04 i got a 98-55 never lawyered up and got a fine but hey i dont care im not in jail. Good Luck

i got a 106 in a 65, pretty much i thought it was the end. I was suspended for 30 days, 75 dollar dmv fee, drivers improvement, 1450 dollar court fee, and my insurance more then doubled. but i got out of 3 months of jail by having a good lawyer. Try to make a bargain with the judge such as a huge load of community service rather then any kind of sentence. I tried my hardest at the time to get a restricted liscence but they wouldnt go for that so i ended up losing my job. I have no clue how they expect peeps to pay off these huge fines when suspending their liscences cus how the fuck will i get to work to get money for this fine when i lost my only source of transportation. but anyhow I got this shit done with. I dont speed anymore just because i know i will most likey get a larger supsension period or a very long jail sentence. its a hard way to learn, but make sure you get a lawyer and soon so you can have some kind of game plan. no lawyer= jail time. good luck. also i would recommend my lawyer but he only does corporate cases now but you will find one.

 

I had a 95 in a 55 in VB. Without a lawyer I got a 30 day suspended licence, $500 fine, 1 year probation with 30 days of jailtime suspended. I got off easy compared to some. But then again my driving record was flawless prior to that. I actually had like posative 6 points up till then.

Since iv only gotten minor stuff. HOV lane violation, 41-30mph zone, Expired Plates and that's been it.

You will definatly need a lawyer. Just don't get a crapy one because many people who were in cort that day got worse punishments than I did and they had lawyers.

 

I am pretty sure the max you can get is 5. I use to have that.

at least you are not in Henrico County..they locked my ass up for a day 500 dollar fine, and my insurance went up crazy high..ilearned my lesson
