You know, I am not totally sure if this is illegal or not. I might be legal if he carries a concealed carry permit. I really am not sure.

 

Thats not concealed so no permit would be necessary.. as long as it is not loaded I dont really see a problem. Just transporting a weapon. thats the only mode of transportation, so you wanna go skeet shooting strap your weapon on and go..I am sure you would get harassed, if an officer saw you though

 

That is soooooooo G. And yea I think its legal...dont need a permit in VA for weapons that aren't concealed. Good ol' VA!
