I didn't really take any autox pictures. My cameras slow ability to focus is irritating.

This event reminded me how much I hate autox. It's fun, but goddamn I suck and it's so frustrating. People expect such good things from the idiot with a cage.

what you need to do is this.

most cameras now-a-days, lock focus on when you push the button down half way. find something at the distance you will be taking the pic (i was using a cone at the corner right before going into the second section of the course) then lock the focus in and wait for the car to get there and snap the pic.

i took these with a real basic point and shoot 2.0MP Canon A200, so they aren't the best, but they do the job much better when you do what i said above.

Yeah, that'd be my wrecked white Volvo.

Anyone get any pictures of my car while it wrecked or video of it? I'm trying to see it because I'm trying to pinpoint what failed. Its looking like a control arm bushing and thus the mount following. Hard to tell though, it was on the passenger side which was the back side of the track and nobody was back there to have seen.

hey no offense but from a third person perspective it just looked like you were going way too fast to make the turn and you locked up your brakes skidded all the way to the curb.
