It's worth it though. Probably one of the better decisions I have made is to go instructing. The first time is a little odd but you get the hang of it but it does impact your free time. Had to park my car on grid and do a quick car hop once or twice at the last event.

Anyway instructing and TTE provided I have money for fuel....

Bought panels for my battered e30. $75 for a door and fender!

Need to check a few more things this weekend and then off to All Aspects for some more work!

 

I doubt I'm making it and instructing is far from "free".

+1, you know you can't afford to race when you can't afford to instruct. Hopefully I'll make it back to the track next year. I'm trying to get back into flagging for this event but haven't heard back from Laura since the Cobetto's went to Nationals.

I want to do this event. However I want to ensure my truck is ready. Where might I find info on details preping your go cart. My truck is autocross ready and street legal. I just want to find out if I have to do anything special.

Also I see test and tune. Is this a one day thing? I dont need to spend all weekend there, but 'd love to get my truck on the track.

Sorry for the noob questions..
