The problem isn't with the contract, it's getting one. The recruiter and the ROTC instructor said that there was a way for me to be on a contract, but not serve until the summers due to the fact that I would be at a Military University. But the recruiter said he would have to look into it, because he's new and hasn't dealt with one of those situations before, he's just heard about them. The ROTC instructor said he's sure the contract thing is straight, he's done them before, but he can't help me until I finish my first year at the Citadel.

damn that sucks. maybe i should stay IT. I hate the people I work with. Anyone else have that problem? they have no common sense what so ever and my "superiors" think they are exempt from doing any work so all e-4 and below do the work and do the cleaning so basically they really sit around on a computer and do nothing yet they have the mouth enough to talk shit like they do something? that's what i really hate about the military. I know my job pretty damn well yet others with no common sense (maybe cause they crossrated) which 80% are and don't care about knowing knowledge only want the advancement possibilities. I TELL EVERYONE THAT GOES OJT FOR IT learn your shit and don't be like others who won't be able to help others and actually feel like your doing something with your career/hell even if you get out it'll help with future jobs.
