Did you even SEE the damage done to the car and the reports?? There is NO WAY they were doing anything close to legal speeds considering the tub completely SPLIT IN HALF upon the second impact with the first impact completely destroying the front crash structure and rupturing the fuel tank

They must have been travelling at well over 120 MPH for such damage to occur.

And don't come to me with that bullshit saying the roads were closed off, because if the proper precauting was taken, the person would NOT have pulled out and Paul and partner would still be alive today........Asuming something else didn't happen at over 120MPH.......which in REAL streets, could be anything. A small pebble in the road can easily become the size of a boulder or cause a puncture
