The whole F&f series is the reason why Supras cost 500 times what they should be worth and kids turn into idiots.

If that is what you want to "celebrate" and what Paul Walker is all about, go right ahead!

It's funny how you talk of him like you met him, know him personally and what type of person he is. He puts on his pants one leg at a time like every fucking person in the world!

God you are stupid.............

WHats even worse?? The fact that NOT ONE FUCKING PERSON who is morning and all that shit HAS COME OUT TO SAY "WTF ARE THEY DOING, BY DOING TOP SPEED RUNS IN AN INDUSTRIAL PARK! ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!

Top speed runs? Huh? It's a race shop selling stickers and offering dyno runs with proceeds going to his charity. Even if 1/3 of the people show up, it'll be a giant parking lot with possible media coverage. Pretty much every post regarding this event includes people who don't want this to turn into a cluster of a burnout.

Keep avoiding the elephant in the room.

Did you even SEE the damage done to the car and the reports?? There is NO WAY they were doing anything close to legal speeds considering the tub completely SPLIT IN HALF upon the second impact with the first impact completely destroying the front crash structure and rupturing the fuel tank

They must have been travelling at well over 120 MPH for such damage to occur.

Stop fucking avoiding what happened and cloud this death in a hero's farewell. You don't promote your "shop" by doing illegal activities. And don't come to me with that bullshit saying the roads were closed off, because if the proper precauting was taken, the person would NOT have pulled out and Paul and partner would still be alive today........Asuming something else didn't happen at over 120MPH.......which in REAL streets, could be anything. A small pebble in the road can easily become the size of a boulder or cause a puncture

Not one person is talking about the events leading to the wreck

This event WILL turn into bunch of idiots and the worse part? This will give you event a shit ton of bad coverage

Good luck! See some of you suckers on the 5'oclock news locked up by the police for "hoonigan" activities.

I just fucking hate everything about this event.............

If he died saving people, fine! But he died doing something completely retarded, illegal and stupid (giving someone else your car and allowing them to carryon in such a fashion).

They made a mistake and they paid the ultimate price. But in typical culture, NEVER talk about the mistakes!

This fucking idea is such bullshit!

Have you read the news at all? Or know anything about the car they were driving? Were you there? You seem to know an awful lot, hell you seem to know more about his accident than the investigators themselves. The car's CFRP monocoque was designed in a way that it simply shatters once it's damaged. Remember the Lambo in Brooklyn?( it couldn't have been doing more than 70mph, but it hit a tree and was torn apart, exactly how it was designed to.(http://jalopnik.com/watch-a-boring-s...dor-1370314736) There are also estimates of the CGT doing not more than 50 mph, and some evidence of mechanical failure. Regardless, even if Paul and Roger were stupid, who hasn't been at least once, how is it inappropriate to donate or support their charity?

It's not my event, hell I haven't even been to ISP Racing before, but your posts are ignorant and simply immature. This very well may be a cluster fuck of an event waiting to happen, but no one is aiming for a burnout contest or ricer's unite meeting. If you don't want to join, simply don't come.

Seriously, like half of this thread is some guy who wandered bleary-eyed out of the FS section blaming Paul Walker for the MKIV Supra retaining its value. In an unrelated note fuck Nic Cage because now I can't find a '67 fastback for a reasonable price.

Going to put together a charity event for Ed Lauter who died recently. I liked his character he played in movies. Seemed like a cool guy. RIP Ed
