ok first of all i meant speedometer, i was tired as shit when i posted this thread, and no im not playing with my daddy's money, im 21, and i just started a job with hp, and got the loan to get this car myself, i got a good insurance rate cause im a good driver, i have a +2 atm and havent had a ticket in over 2 years, so i want to keep my good record and insurance rate, and i really dont wanna have to tell my boss that i have a court date in a few weeks for a speeding ticket, cause there just gonna want me to pay it off, but i want it reduced. I really do think the speedometer is off, the car is really built, 500hp, and when i passed the cop i was looking down at it and i was going about 45 mph, so the cop follows me for like 5 min, guess to see if i was drunk then pulls me and says i dont have taglights, and that i was going 54 in a 35, i honestly think its some complete bullshit, it was one of my first days driving this car

look, my camry is 18 years old, and my speedometer is off by 1 mph. 1. I doubt your new car is 10 off.

i got pulled in a 45 zone to, but appearently he says he clocked me like 5 mins ago in a 35 zone, come on, really

JEEZ im not whining im tryin to ask how youll would play this in court, and you dont have to read my thread if you dont want to, go waste your important time on another thread, basically im gonna try get a speedometer defection slip, my dad is a car dealer so i should be able to get one, im also going to say that i just got the vehicle it was still on transport tags cause i was getting stuff fixed at the time, its not my daily driver, i have a 99 accord i drive daily, and the car is just really built and i didnt think i was speeding i thought i was in a 45 zone going 5 over at the most, what else would youll say in court if you were in my shoes.

 

Unless you have a slip showing you are 19mph off then you are fucked still. Just pay the damn ticket and quit bitching about it.
