To be honest, I'm not real sure. I do believe it was an o-ring to a fuel line and not some vacuum line, but if it was leaking, it was inside the tank. Not sure if you smell anything anyways.

It was a vacuum leak to the fuel pressure regulator. Basically, what was happening was, the FPR wasn't seeing enough vacuum, hence your super low fuel pressure.

Interesting... becuase most cars will start no problem with the vacccum line completely unplugged from the fpr... I guess I don't know enough about Toyota

Yeah exactly. I had another car that basically was seeing no vacuum from a tear and it ran. Just got real shitty gas mileage. But whatever, I don't really care to stare at the lines trying to figure out which is which. It did seem a bit cheap for a fuel line I suppose. If I get bored one day, I'll take a picture of the line.

Hmm.. seems like last week was a good week for getting cars finished that have been down for awhile... I know a certian someone who just fired up their car after having a fpr related problem aswell...
