Henrico/Hanover/Richmond have gotten enough of my money for exhaust tickets. I put a much quieter stock Nissan muffler on my car and still runs the same number it did before. If I want a free-flowing exhaust I'll buy an electric cut out.

Yeah I was riding with them when they got pulled and I personally thought it was fucking retarded that he downshifted and passed a state trooper at 50mph and on top of that around 4,000rpm so the car is loud as fuck. I don't understand people some times...

Ill guess he'll just have to do that if he wants the ticket dropped or just bite the bullet and pay the fine. I dont think its worth fighting in court.

Well i had just warned him of the trooper ahead well before we got to the light. I thought he was going to slow down. he needs 2 tone it downa a little since Hanover already knows his car..
