Spoke with my builder this afternoon. Contractor needs to regrade the backyard as well for drainage. That's my opinion. They don't think there is a problem. Whatever. Trying to work with them to see if it can be done asap so that I don't put up the fence and it be all uneven with the new dirtline.

How does Monday work? Keeping an eye on those "isolated thunderstorms" but Monday seems to be the best day coming up.
