I have Nextel right now and Im not a fan of the signal inside buildings. Is Sprint any better with their signal or they about the same. I really wanted a service that would at least roam in cape hatteras but it looks like both services will not work past the oregon inlet bridge in N.C. It kinda sucks when your cell phone has crappy service.

 

Ok, So suppose I want the i930 and I also want to sign up for the 2 year agreement. The phone is 350 dollars with the 2 year agreement. Do you take off another 150 dollars because I work at Northrop Grumman ?
So it has voice recognition meaning I can just say the name of the person and it automatically calls the person ? Just want to make sure of all of this because the lady that I talked to today was unclear on that.
As for the picture ID thing, I read on a nextel forum that you have to dl a program to do it. Is this correct ?


Also, how far away from the phone does the bluetooth headset work ?

 

im not too sure why your phone is getting bad service in buidings. i work in the mall and the only time i lose signal is in certain buildings. as far as the overall service goes, im not a big fan or sprint and id go with nextel any day of the week.... thats why 95% of fortune 1000 companies and 97% of fortune 500 compaines use nextel.

 

picture called id im 100% about..the voice recognition im not to sure about i was assuing it was but i called a few people and check the info out on the 930 through our system and coudlnt get a positive answer. as far as the $150 off, certain phones get that much off...an example is the black berry and im not sure how much the 930 gets off. honestly, the 930 is gonna be a wait because a lot of indeirect dealers never got theirs and the phone is on back order if we order it or if you go thought nextel.com. if there was another phone you had in mind, let me know because im sure it will be a while before the 930 comes out.

 

and about the bluetooth headset, the box says up to 30ft but one day we took the 605 which is bluetooth and got about 120 ft away before it stopped working.

 

Please find out about the voice recognition. I was also told that the i930 will be on backorder. The lady that i talked to today said call her back in a week.
She said she should have one by then. If you can waiver the activation fee and give me 150 dollars off of 350 making it 200 dollars, then we need to talk.

 

yea im not sure when the 930 will come back but ill try to figure out the voice recognition thing.
