if you get tires off the internet and go to a merhcants, tread quarters....etc, how much would they charge you for mounting and balancing?

You have a 17 inch rim and it is minimum of 28 bucks at merchants PER TIRE. You want a road hazard...39.99 a wheel

which location did you take it to? They probably let a rookie tire tech do the job or someone was having a bad day and decided to mess something up. sorry buddy .

actually they gain more money, because the company gets the tires real dirt cheap then mark it up to a certain percentage, and its still cheaper than everybody else. Not all shops carry the same brand of tire.

The offer goes on for awhile maybe even forever. And Tread Quarters has running for damn near 40 years.

The tire techs get paid by the hour, so it doesn't really matter what they think. They're gonna do the job and they're gonna like.

I give you this challenge. Go to any other tire shop and get a price quote on tires(with mounting, balance, stems) Then get one from TQ and you'll find out.

I have only found one good TQ and that is the one on Tiffany lane in VB. Just ask for Tommy and he will look out for you. I used to work with him and know the quality work he does. I just had my new rims dont there tonight.
