If looks really mattered that much, I probably wouldn't have bought this car.

Have you taken your car to a track yet? What do you honestly think it would run?

 

My guess for the V6 would be low 18's. Not sure about the Miata though if it's turbo.

 

I don't know, I haven't got to take it to a track yet. The only one I know of is in Denwiddie County.

That's even worse than I expected.

Stock 1.8 miatas of my year have seen high 16s with no trouble. I personally ran a 10.XX 1/8th bone stock on bald economy tires. Slow, I know, but still plenty.

The times on my current setup will have to wait until next spring though.

 

145hp Mustang with auto would put down around 120whp give or take then remember it weighs around 3400lbs as well.

 

In the book that came with the car, in the glove compartment, it says 245 horsepower.

 

'96 GTs don't even have 245.

A 96 GT was only rated at 215, you have 140 BHP so to the wheels about 120 hp. Low 18s maybe high 17s.
