no...it has to be the same family!!! you cannot put anything from an H series into an F series by any means. if you want to go all motor I suggest getting the internals from an f20c which is the S2000 motor, so it'll be 11.5:1!! put some real agressive cams in there and you'll be making alot of power. You'd have to look at a catolouge or somethign to find the right pistons if you want lower compression. look in an eagle mag for anything that will fit the 97-00 accord.

Google the F20b. It is a de-stroked H22. Trust me. DOHC, VTEC, 200 bhp. It's the most H-series you will find out of an F-series.
