you would have to bring the car up to the shop to see how hard it is to take the tint off. a lot of shitty tint doesn't like to come off with ease. but the most i think he charges to strip tint off is around 50 bucks. i know other shops (TNT) charge 125-200 just to strip it. i know cuz i use to work there.

so does $150 to $175 sound logical for the whole job? what would be a good time to bring it up there, im in ptown anyway, so let me know.
