saying its nothing like a triple made it sound like you thought it was something else, and saying the 675 is not like the TT and then bringing up the triple made it sound like you were calling the TT a triple... they might have actually caught up to the others with the 675, but knowing how sketchy parts availability can sometimes be on bikes like that, and virtually no aftermarket, in the US atleast, would be enough to keep me away personally... but at the same time i know how it kind of sucks to pull up to a bike spot and see 8 identical bikes when you ride a gsxr, but its also nice to type in "gsxr exhaust" or something on ebay and get like 300 results

I have an '05 Speed Triple and love it. I've read alot of very good things about this new Daytona also. Triumph is making some big moves to try and keep up w/ the Japanese competition, obvioulsy not direct like AMA, but market wise. Even the aftermarket industry has picked up the pace with parts for Triumphs. The bike looks gourgous and I'm sure has enopugh power to back it up. Plus, like Del la Sol said, you won't park next to another 7 just like it, another of my favorite parts about my Triple, there were only 7 sold in VA.
Luckily my first bike was used because I managed to take a spill the day I got it. I was told pleanty of times it was bound to happen some day, I figured this got it out of the way early. Always wear your gear.

Oh I see how you read it now lol, I was sayin "nothin like a triple" in the sense that imo "nothin compares to a triple", not "this bike isn't comparable to a triple."

I like gsxr's, and I know all about that, seeing as how I ride a bandwagon SV, which has a huge following and kind of a "cult" behind it haha.. It isn't anything more than a $5,500 dollar bike, it handles well, is flickable, but its got me stuck on twins and triples now, imo a triple is a perfect street/track bike..
