saw him on saturday night on bruce with a turbo eclipse pulled over right at the stoplight around 1am.

It was before midnight, that was my boy Darve, lucky for him it was before midnight, because he had a 17 year old in the car.

Definitely, he called me around 11:30-11:45 to tell me he got a ticket, so everyone rolled out at that point, by the time we made it to Bruin Drive the cop already had Garret in the red Prelude pulled.

if he is harrasing you guys file a report, but for the most part it is not illegal, but if he is harrasing you it is. Bottom line is someone probably did something dumb to make this cop not like them.
