I'd try and find a used 14b, (I was given one for free). They hold boost to redline and pull alot harder compared to the t25, almost night and day butt difference. Some dsm's have made 280whp on the 14b and "some" have gone 10's on it as well. It'd be an easy upgrade down the road if the t25 starts to bore you.

I had a turbo Yamaha kart engine for a while. Didn't run worth shit.

wonder how my limited modified methanol kart engine would do turbod..spits out tons of exhuast from 1000rpms- 10,000rpms...already make s/c's for them, upto 15psi....I know they could handle the power, having billet everything.
