i must say that I ALSO think that a WS6, or any LS1 Fbody for that matter with a very fine tuned suspension system, the right tires, and proper gearing can absolutely keep up with an EVO in AutoX.

ws6 with r comps vs stock evo with r comps. its close but i think a properly driven ws6 would win in an auto-x. this is coming from someone who regularly auto-x an evo with r comps and wins, he's ldstang50 on here

 

I'd believe ldstang50, I've seen him at a few CDC autocrosses and he always does very well.

I can beleive it in autocross, its funny that the ws6 owners say they are better to be going at it against them on a road course. Ive driven rwd, fwd and awd on autocross and I can say rwd is the best for autocross. Its very hard to get my awd to rotate right in small autocross corners, plus my turbo doesnt have time to spool. A ws6 will be able to rotate easily and always has power on hand. Autocross, I beleive it easily, road course and the ws6s have a much harder time keeping up with evos in the corners.

Yes, Liam is a monster, snatches up FTD every autocross he goes to.

 

I'm not a WS6 owner, never was. You can sit there and say what you want, but have you ever driven an LS1 F-body?
