in the same car of course the gsr but i guess that would depend if you were building them comparably.

if the motors were going into different cars then it's power-to-weight ratio which i suppose would be more responsible for winning races than torque.

thats all i needed to read. i guess theres a logical reason for why so many people now a days put LS/vtec,B20vtec,B18b1,GSR,typeR,and k20s in their car, instead of a B16...

But the overall number will be less than that of a turbo car... Turbo's aren't always better.?

I think the turbo may be better for 1/4 miles, but NA for track action.
How about a 430+ lb/ft torque line from 1700-5500?

*edit..forgot - It drops off to 425 through redline at 6800

im sorry..but if you take Two civics..one with a All motor GSR putting down 200whp and 134 ft lbs of torque..and the other one turbo putting down 200whp and 180ft lbs of torque, the Turbo one is going to win. Why? because instead of waiting for Vtec to kick at 5500 rpm in every gear, you are pulling hard from 3000 rpm til redline in every gear.

Daimo is arguing auto-x VS drag though...and for an auto-x (twisties) N/A owns by far...so I think you are both arguing the same point here.

ohh yea,by all means,N/A rules AutoX...i would never put a turbo car in autox, unless it was factory, and had quick spool up.
