yea, most of the time the judge will tell you at court to take the course when your turn comes just show that you have the certificate that was given to you by the driving school

 

So the state is going to simply take away your joint? I'd figured they would hit you with possession or something. for the life of me I can't figure out what driving school has to do with it, though.

 

taking any driver improvment course looks good on your record successfully completing the course wil get u +4 points on your record IE: you have -10 after course you will only have -8


example

i got a reckless speeding ticket
so i researched and requested my record
foudn out i had -11 points on my record
so i called a couple driver schools and they suggested take the course before court so it will look good to the judge and he may either lower the charge or it mite prevent you from receiving a suspended license like myself.... One person i was in court with had taken the class also had her charge dropped because of her low number of points on her record

yo i just did one yesterday and mine is due on the 5th go to trafficschoolonline.com and take the course it is like 4 hours long and it is like 45$ you take it and it is like a 4 hour sstudy program and then you gotta go take a test off of independance road and i got a 92 on it....... it is easy as shit
