Welcome. Sounds like you have a pretty nice collection of cars. I'm looking forward to seeing them around.

Oh, JDirty, I drove by your house the otherday and saw your car. Looks amazing man.

Gents,

Forgive me for not responding to the inquiries, but i'm a noob limited to 5 posts a day. Anyway to answer some questions;

Well, I basically work on commercial ships like oil tankers, breakbulk, etc. as a ships Second Officer. In the 10 years involved in motorsports I have some across a few decent deals here and there. The NSX was pot luck, and I landed a '92 Championship White 5MT rolling chassis for 12K. However, she definately needs some love, namely a new C30, and 5-speed tranny. I also have some minor interior work to do, so this project is one of those "spare time" type deals. The other MKIV I own is at a friends house in MD. Long story here, but I got a deal on a NA Auto MKIV with high miles from a friend, and the chassis has been sitting there since. To do the NA to TT conversion, not only a motor/tranny combo has to be purchased (~$5K) but also about $6-8K in parts to covert the rear. Again, these are simple "friend projects" so I do these on the spare time. My emphasis has been on the '94 TT Widebody I own, i'm trying to get that done so I can move onto the others (if I decide to keep them).

Great to meet you as well buddy. Funny how we only live about 2 mins from each other! Give me a call anytime you want to hang.

No use me putting up pics of a rolling chassis. If I decide to keep her, i'll post some progress pics.

Again, ugly rolling chassis' and i'd be embarrased to do so at this point. In time I definately will.

BTW, where in Va Beach are you? I rarely see nice Supras around here (Kempsville area).
Not too far away from Witchduck, but the Supra has never even seen VA yet. I'm towing her down from NY this summer upon completion of the project.

Yup, used to run with Solo, great crew of guys on there. Reciently, I joined with Emotion after meeting the president at HIN. Nice bunch of guys to say the least.

Anyway, look forward to hearing from you all soon, maybe one day at Jenro's we'll all meet up.

Greg, great to meet you as well. I have been going to some of the local Wednesday Uno's meets off Military HWY since a I know a few people there from the area. I like the idea of no moronic kids showing up, just nice people with an appreciation for cars. Some have show cars, others have street beasts, but regardless the people are great. Unfortunately, all I have been showing up in is my '05 TRD Tundra, not to glamorous but at least i'm still getting out to enjoy the hobby.

PM me anytime as well, i'd be happy to shoot the sheit about cars anyday.

I think you live right around the corner from me if I am not mistaken. I've been drooling over your VR4 for sometime now, by far the cleanest one I have EVER seen. Simply amazing, clean piece of machinery you have there.

+1
