I had test pipes on my car for a while and I was lucky as hell to not get any tickets. I do believe that not driving a civic helps; that and not driving like a jackass through town. If anyone knows Ashland, the cops can be pricks and everything in this fucking tiny ass twon echoes in the streets between the buildings.
