jarco is a GREAT company. i cannot say enough good things about them.
"JARCO employees spend a lot of time in Japan, and demand accountability from our domestic suppliers. We travel to Japan to source 85% of our product. The only way we can assure that we ship a container of good product across the world, is to carefully pick and pack it ourselves in Japan. JARCO has access to a holding area in Japan, in which every piece of product is loaded onto a JARCO container by a JARCO employee.
To source our engines and transmissions, we travel to multiple dismantler sites and choose only those engines that can verify internal condition of before purchase. Looking under the oil cap does not always tell the full story. We pull valve covers in Japan, to be certain that an engine has not had a life of neglect, then been cleaned and patched back together.
Selecting a JARCO Performance Half-Cut happens a few ways: First, we have the ability to attend and purchase vehicles at auction in Japan. Secondly, we also purchase vehicles from individuals who have taxes due on their car for registration. Finally, we may purchase a vehicle that has just been turned in to a dismantler, before processing.
JARCO used performance parts are sourced either from the vehicles that we process ourselves in Japan, or from used parts dealers over there."
