Thats really the only way to do it, needles are so cheap, it would make
NO sense at all to be sterilizing and re-using them.
The only way you should get a needle sterilized by the artist, is if they make
the needles themselves. And yes, that is clean and safe, the artist
can get more variety in needle patterns by making his own.
