just got my hands on a couple other things . . .
front windshelid for 73 - 87 chevy fullsize pickup . .no cracks or chicks. . has scrape from a wiper on passanger side - 50 bucks
3/4 ton axles from under 78 chevy . . 14 bolt FF rear, 10 bolt front full time 4wd, 3.73 gears - 450 for the pair
I was told the 3/4 ton plates were a little bigger than the 1/2 ton plates? I have a set of good 1/2 ton plates already. If they're the same, I won't need to switch. Do you have a pass. side high-steer knuckle, or is that what you stripped off?
chevy parts grow like weeds at your house don't they? i wish toyota parts did.
lol yeah they do ...

and I think the 1/2 and 3/4 are the same size . .same caliper on most of em . . think there is one that had the bigger calipers that the backing plates may be off . . .
and I took off the knuckle on the driver side . .on my dana 44 broke one of the bolts that held the steering arm on and couldn't get it out so just took that one off and put it on . . . passanger is a flat top steering arm. . . for the "high steer" ya know you do have to have it drilled and tapped to put the steering arm on the top
edit:
just went out there backing plates do look the same . . ..
had the one off the 1/2 already so figured I'd go check for ya ..
also unfortunately neither 10 bolt has the "flat top" knuckle used for the high steer . .
both look like this . ..
this is the flat top one on my dana 44 on the recovery truck
