on the iac there is like two plugs are they suppose to be ran into something with vacume lines?

If I'm not mistaken the IAC gets the it needs from the intank man. the only vacuum lines I have ran are as follows.

1. FPR
2. BOV
.3 Waste gate
.4 1 blocked
5. boost gauge.

We need to you confirm for us if you are using a stock Blow off Valve (bov) or an after market one. We can go on from there. An improperly tuned bov can cause revving and performance issues.

wrong, its gets the air supply from the intake before the throttle body. idle is controlled via a spring that opens/closes to allow a given amount of air in for the preset idle.

signs of faulty unit include: revs will stay near 2k when driving normally, stalling after higher/longer (freeway) runs.
