I usually go to Dominic's in front of Lowe's. Atlas pizza on the corner of greenbrier and kempsville has a pretty good one, as well as Mr. Jim's.

Philly Style Cheese Steaks on Tidewater Drive in Norfolk. They've been there forever and they are the best in the area, hands down.
