get a b16 head for like 500 put in on for 150 bucks or less. Part together a turbo kit and have Arnell put it on for you for less than 1800 and get it tuned. 10 psi on stock bottom end should be around 300 easy and reliable

LS/VTEC Turbo, or just LS Turbo. If you run water/alcohol expect some pretty good numbers
