ok here's a fomula
X(car weight) - Y(weight reduction) = Z(new weight)
[(X-Z)^.482]/5252 = P(the feeling of how much faster your car is)

the less weight, the higher the HP/weight ratio will be. Very important, but in order to really balance it out, you gotta get some performance out of the motor and minus the weight.
