I didn't get sick off of it, but I definitely had better. Try Sushi Yoma in the across the street from Fizoli's. There is also Yukihana off Magruder headed towards Yorktown. I go to both of these places and have never had an issue.

if you are around hampton, there is a pretty decent place right across from the air and space museum. I can't think of the name off hand but it's right across from it down this little one way street. You'll probably have to do a little searching based off of my vague details

I've been to between 15-20 different sushi houses in the 757. My favorite as far as quality and price is Sakura off of Independance. Next to Bike Zone.

If you're on the Peninsula, hit up Soya right next to Coliseum Mall by Schlotzky's Deli. Best sushi I've had without going over to Norfolk by far. I know the owners pretty well and they work all different positions in the restaurant so service is always A+ on top of the sushi menu being on point and habachi being great also. Check them out.
