I think it sounds like the Si muffler is going to be the best bet.
After a quick search on H-T it seems like the ITR axleback will bolt right up to your GReddy b-pipe. And it should fit under the car just fine. You may need to bend the hangers a bit.

Somebody here has got to know for sure.

That's what I was hoping. Is an ITR muffler any smaller than a Civic Si muffler?

If the Si muffler will fit I'm going to use that.

Ok, question number 2:

Anybody ever try to run a stock Honda intake on a B series swapped EG? If I can make a stock B series intake work, I'm going to use that too.

Scott has a stock intake too. I don't see where that would be any different from your hatchback, so I'm sure it'd work.
