Weird popping noise

No, im not messing with the sprockets - going back to stock again. It already comes up fast enough for me in first.

Yes. Ive got the chain at the house and awaiting the sprockets to come in. Hopefully they will be here today.


Oh, and while i was at it, i went ahead and just bought new tires. Pilot powers again, except i went to a 190 in the rear instead of the 180.

Mmmmm..pilot powers. Mine arrived yesterday, so I plan on getting them installed this afternoon after work. Hopefully the shop I'm taking the wheels to will have a 120/70/17 Pilot Power in stock so I can get my other front tire replaced.

Good luck with your chain and sprocket install, hopefully it will fix your problem.

Thanks man! Ya, i know thats the problem. I hope to have it installed tonight actually...and get the tires on next week sometime since im going to wait until my tires start to show cord before i replace them.

What are the benefits of going 190 in the rear? I'm about to order a set of 2CT's.

Really to tell you the truth, im not too sure, but it came from the factory like that, so i guess ill find out if it makes a difference.

Oh ok, I think mine is 180 from the factory. I guess technically it's a wider tire giving it more road contact.
