My 2005 F350 is getting about 15 mpg mostly highway at 67mph on a "street" tune. After you break it in a bit (or if you're daring and want to beat on it), get the SCT x2 module from Performance Autosport, really wakes it up! Let me know what you're getting as a comparison if you can.
Biturbo is different from twin turbo. Biturbo uses different sized turbos, smaller at low speeds and larger at higher and work sequentially. Twin ones are the same size and nearly always used at the same time, working in parallel.
Im going on a limb here. But..... Bi = 2. 2 Turbo's.
