Red car passed inspection... it's really street legal now!
Thanks!
I want to take it to some scales, should be 2100-2200#. Stock 1992 Mustang GT engine with no cats, mufflers, etc for exhaust restrictions. Someone else may be better able to gauge the hp/torque numbers, but stock is 225 hp by factory numbers. Plenty quick for a reliable, fun, weekend driver around town.

Lots of people and shops offered me a sticker for the car, but I wanted to make it legit and not get anyone in trouble. Feel much better about it now. Might have to print out the section that states I only need the back license plate if I roll through Ashland, have heard they like to give tickets for no front plate.
Rolled by Performance Autosport yesterday and didn't see your car. Brought it by 3x so far and you weren't there. Maybe I'll have to call ahead of time.

And '93 motors were the worse so I have a hard time believing you were making that much stock.
His motor should be around 200-230rwhp and close to 300ft/lbs. torque.
And like Brian said, time to mod that motor man. At least a cam and for the love of God a new intake.
PS- Let's trade Cobra's
LEMME CLEARIFY ......yes and no.....yes it was a 1993 ford mustang gt.....and no it was not stock....filter, short belt,13 deg of timing, with shorty headers and flowmaster 40 series exhaust, and no they weren't the worse year by a long shot...try 83-85.....with these mods AND NOTHING ELSE.....13.2@104mph on street tires with 75k reading on the clock....try again......but anyways nice car...the car eventually went mid 11's with a single turbo kit and big sumo fuel system...that is till some dumb bitch rear ended me....thus ending my days in domestics....but not to say after building many 03-04 cobra's and sn197's i may venture that way again......
Not planning to take it to the track anytime soon, so power isn't a major concern. It'll spin the 315s just fine.
Saving loot to purchase an enclosed trailer. Money can be better spent elsewhere at the moment.

With those mods, that's very easy to believe, but definitely not stock.
And yes, for the fuel injected year Foxbody's, '93 were definitely the worse. I wasn't taking carb'd motors into consideration because that's not was hit motor is.
