motogp and wsk are crazy fun
but i like ama cause it is american
of course if i went to the gp/wsk in japan that would be a different story

 

i'm thinkin about going. Gotta see if I have enough funds for leather and boots.

 

I've signed up along with a co-worker who is doing his first track day. Brian who once in a while posts in here is also coming, and a few guys from the cycleforums VA forum are coming as well for the track day. I think two or three more people from my work are gonna come as well as two racer friends, so plus you guys that are coming we should have a good sized paddock area set up to hang out and help each other between sessions.

I've been to several AMA races, Moto GP, and CCS/Wera type stuff and I'd have to say the AMA VIR race is one of the best. You can actually walk the pits without a crazy VIP pass and meet the racers, plus at VIR theres always tons of extra stuff going on, lots of owner appreciation lunches and booths for certain types of bike owners, and the camping is a awesome party atmosphere.

I hope a lot of us can meet up for this track day the day before, but for those that can't make it we definetly should try and all meet up at the races.

 

i'm definitely down to meet somewhere down in the paddock at the races for sure!
