At Pohanka it totally depends on who you get...Matt Cribb is the one to go to, always gets me parts for a little bit cheaper. I called about one part and got a high price (around 20 bucks) but needed so I went in anyway. I get there and Matt says, well it's a little high priced at 17 bucks, what does it go for online? I said 16 bucks, so he matched it right there. Awesome. I said the guy on the phone said 20 bucks and he just rolled his eyes, so someone there is some shit, but not this guy. Avoid the black guy at all costs though, if he is there, just go back later, haha. He raped me on an IAC valve that I couldn't wait to order offline.

 

james(blackguy) is one of my personal parts guy...never done me wrong. got my own account at honda so i get everything at cost :-) everyone is cool in parts once you to know em.

it def helps to shop the part online first and find the cheapest price. Nissan dept has always matched the best price on line...hell its free shipping too.

what he said!!!! i work on the nissan side of pohanka and the mark up is to make the dealership money... im sure everyone on here is about making money... they are not in business to give shit away as with any other business!! so as was already stated get off our nuts!!! and as far as the service experiance like was already said ask for WILL or PB in honda or my self JAMES in the nissan shop we will take care of you!!!,
