Actually... a retired engineer on the Corvetteforum took a whipple 3.3 and re-engineerred the under blower intercooler so the whole assembly can fit under a hood ment for a maggie... they're far better looking than the KB hood. It's an amazing bit of work... he has a freaking lathe etc in his garage. Whipple has contacted him and he's patenting his mods

No. 411/390. FTR, my car has been quoted as being a H/C car but the heads are just stock 243 castings that have been shaved to bump up compression. Almost the same exact set up as KONG except mine has forged pistons and rods and is a newly rebuilt engine.

What cam are you running? I can't remember Kong's name... is he happy w/ his car? Haven't seen him at Bass Pro in a bit.
