no james i walked across the street to the gas staion in front of fuddrockers and saw a lady giving him a hug and water and I asked.. a little crazy though yeah.. i like semi dangerous things.

If you've driven down Va Beach Blvd recently, you've probably seen these crazy people on the sidewalks. They wear all red, red hats, red painted faces, sunglasses, and their shirts have stuff written on them that don't make sense, or they hold signs that don't make sense. I'm pretty sure they are religious nuts, but I'm not positive. Anyone know who the fuck these people are?
