Maybe I didn't explain it very well sorry.

When I remote start the car with new remote it flashes the parking lights, when I remote start the car with the old remote the parking lights are solid. I just want them both to be the same.

If I change the setting "Parking Lights Flash" with one remote does it only affect that remote or does it affect both? That's really what I don't understand.

Oh okay so then it does only affect which remote I use.
